The state Student Accounting Manual reads, "Students receiving Online instruction: Report as large group instruction on form 581-3201A or web survey Alternative Programs ADM. May count up to 1 hour per day per course taken. Evidence of continuing involvement is required. This evidence may consist of staff follow-up after no more than 2 weeks of inactivity, regular progress reports, checkpoints throughout the course, completed assignments, etc. No additional time may be reported for students counted as full time in other programs."
