Welcome to Second Year Latin - First Semester (Latin 2.1)

Here we go again! I have nothing but praise for you, a student who has accomplished so much in finishing First Year Latin. In Second Year Latin we will, of course, continue to learn more about Latin. However, we will concentrate on translating Latin more than anything else. The procedures for Latin 2.1 are very different from the procedures in COOLSchool's Latin 1.1 and 1.2, so please be sure to review the procedures before beginning the lessons.

The text we will be using comes from Ritchie's Fabulae Faciles and is embedded in the course lessons. To make your translating a bit easier, you may want to print out a copy of each story.
