Grades

If you have a question about your grades or any of your assignments, contact your teacher.

All COOLSchool Instructors assign points to graded assignments. The final grade for a course is based on the number of points received in proportion to the total points possible. Our teachers report to districts both a letter grade and a percent grade.

Students will be able to see their grades on each assignment as they work through the course. To find out how to access the online grade book, they should contact their teacher. Students are only able to see their own grades.

COOLSchool will not give an F grade to students who stay in the course beyond the 10-day drop date, but then fail to complete it. COOLSchool's policy is to terminate the student and not provide any credit for the work completed unless previous arrangements have been made with the teacher and COOLSchool administration. However, individual districts have the option to issue a failing grade on termination.
