| Hello there! I'm Kendra Brott, a school counselor
by day and an art teacher at night. I have developed and taught
seven online classes. CoolSchool offers Drawing
and Art
Through The Ages as well as the credit recovery versions. I
live in Eugene, Oregon, with my husband Patrick, our cats Jinx and
Lucy, and beagle puppy Karma. I love to travel and have made it a goal to go to a new country every two years, or as many times as my pocketbook will allow. I've taken students to see the treasures of Italy and Mayan ruins of Mexico. I've been to Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Fiji, England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Discovering what art looks like in its true environment is much more interesting than books! |

Ever since I could pick up a crayon, I've been doodling
on whatever I could find...walls, Bibles, tables, etc. Sometimes
it got me in trouble, but I guess that was part of the fun! Teaching
is embedded in my family and so is the love of it. So getting paid
to do what I love wasn't a hard thing to do. I found that I love dabbling in all mediums. Here are some of my works of art. The pieces below were created by me. Other examples can be found on my Web site. Art is an outlet of excess energy for me. My work doesn't belong in a gallery but would better fit book illustrations or a CD cover. |
