I am interested in teaching classes over the Internet because I am
excited about the potential of this medium: new resources, students
from around the world, and a new teaching experience. I was
introduced to the Internet in a class presented by Newberg School
District in the summer of 1995. I quickly realized that I was
entering a whole new world. The more time that I spent on the 'Net,
the more excited I became about the information available. The amount
of resources is almost overwhelming! I can hardly wait to direct my
COOLSchool students on their way through this maze of literature,
criticism, history, etc.
